How to Submit Feedback for the Marketplace
We value your input and are always looking for ways to improve the Marketplace. Here’s how to provide feedback, with guidance on how to properly fill out each field:
1-Visit the Feedback Form
Access the form by clicking here or by selecting "Submit Feedback" in the Marketplace help center.
2-Complete the Form

Feedback Type:
Choose the category that best fits your feedback:- Feature Request: Suggestions for new features or functionalities.
- User Experience (UX): Feedback on how easy or intuitive the platform is to use.
- Payment/Transaction: If your feedback relates to the payment or transaction process.
- General Feedback: For any other suggestions or thoughts about the Marketplace.
- Other: If none of the categories apply, select "Other" and you’ll be asked to describe the feedback in more detail.

Subject*:
Enter a short and clear title summarizing your feedback. This helps us quickly understand the nature of your suggestion.
Example: "Suggestion for additional payment methods" or "Improving search filters." -
What/Why - Describe the Feedback:
Provide specific details about your feedback. Be clear and factual in your explanation.
Example: "I would like to suggest adding xxxx as a payment method because it is widely used and provides security for users." -
Impact:
Explain how this feedback would improve or affect your experience on the Marketplace.
Example: "Adding xxxx would make transactions smoother and more secure for users who prefer not to use a credit card." -
Proposal - How to Improve:
Suggest improvements or solutions based on your feedback. Be specific and avoid general suggestions.
Example: "You could integrate xxxx as a payment option during the checkout process, alongside other methods." -
Description*:
This field is mandatory. Enter any additional details relevant to your feedback. This could include specific examples or scenarios that help us understand your input.
Example: "I’ve encountered this with other online platforms, and adding xxxx would have been helpful for completing purchases."

3-Submit Your Feedback
After completing all the fields, click Submit. Our team will review your feedback and may follow up if further information is needed.
4-What to Expect After Submitting Feedback
Once your feedback is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment thanking you for your input. Please note that this acknowledgment is most likely the only reply you will receive. While we escalate all feedback to the relevant teams for review, there will be no further follow-ups unless clarification is needed.
