How to Submit a New Feature Request or Idea

If you have another feature in mind that you would like to suggest, we encourage you to submit a feedback ticket via our support center.

Submitting your ideas is simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in  using the same email you registered with.
2. Navigate to the submit a request section .
3. Click on "Contact Support" to access the feedback form.
4. Select "Feedback" as the ticket type.
5. Provide your suggestion and any relevant details to help us understand your idea better.
6. Submit the ticket, and our team will review your suggestion.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Open Loot development team and assessed to determine the feasibility, potential impact, and viability for implementation.
